Our Process

Our interior design process is thoughtful and tailored to each client we work with, whether that be from furnishings and material selections to interior architectural planning, documentation and construction. We strive to take a holistic approach, considering the small details as well as accounting for our clients’ individual lifestyles to achieve spaces that are beautiful, functional and timeless.

Brief & Fee Proposal

We begin by understanding you and your needs in an initial consultation. If your project is post build, an onsite consultation is the best way to determine the fee proposal which will clearly outline the details of the project. If you require consultation during the design stage with an architect or builder, a meeting and/or architectural drawings will be enough to determine the fee proposal from the initial consultation contact. Initial consultation fees per hour are $160 and will take between 1-3 hours depending on the complexity of the project.

Design Development & Documentation

Following client approval of the fee proposal, design development documentation will commence and be completed within the timeframes agreed to. This stage can be as simple as mood boards, room layout and pricing to full sets of architectural drawings including lighting specifications, floor finishes schedules and much more.

3D Visualisation & Photography

To get a sense of the outcome before it’s realised in the flesh, we can provide 3D visualisations of your space. This step can be beneficial in communicating our interpretation of the project accurately. Once construction and fit-out are completed we will take professional photographs.
